Quick overview:

  • One-time contract fee of 125 € (does not apply when extending the contract)
  • Monthly fixed utilities are:
    • 65 € for 1-bedroom apartments
    • 84 € for 2-bedroom apartments
    • 110 € for 3-bedroom apartments

+ water and electricity according to consumption.

  • Use of the laundry room is included in the price
  • Deep cleaning fee after check-out is 75 €

Extra services for long term stay:

  • Dedicated parking spot 39 €/month
  • Starter Kit for Good Night Sleep (includes a pillow 50 x 70 cm, blanket 150 x 200 cm, sheet, duvet cover, pillow case and towels + laundry service after every 2 weeks.) 19.90€/month.
  • Starter Set for Delicious Meals (includes 2 cups, 2 glasses, 2 big plates, 2 small plates, 2 bowls, spoons, forks, knives (4 of each), pot, pan, kitchen towel, spatula, ladle, cutting board, kettle, french press) 9.90€/month
  • Cleaning service 2x in a month 39€/month, 4x in a month 60€/month
  • Microvawe oven or air fryer rent 9.90€/month

A nice room with a big window near the city center. Everything you need is within walking distance. The room has a fridge, stove, dishes for 1 person. There could also be 1 packet of tea and coffee for the morning. ☕️

Great place to stay. Walking distance to the city center around 15 minutes. This apartment complex is brand new and rooms are very fresh. The only lacking things: - shelves for shampoo in the shower - hooks for towel in bathroom I hope they will install this missing parts shortly

A nice holiday stay. 12 minutes from the center of Tartu. Room was perfect. Unfortunately not everyone gets that quiet hours means to be quite. There was a slight problem with number 3 on the code of front entrance. But everything else was good!
