We have filled the whole roof with solar panels, which evens out our yearly consumption to net zero. The building has an energy class A, which means better efficiency when heating or cooling down the house.

Fresh air and efficient climate

A modern and efficient ventilation system ensures fresh air, while there is no energy loss due to heat recovery. Also, if the hot sun is shining, the room temperature is still okay, because of the three-layer glass with reflective layer on top.

And all the other things to make you feel at home

Laundry room with washers and dryers, which use is included in the price;
Car park in the courtyard (electrical charger as well);
Bicycle and scooter storage in the basement with the option to charge.

A nice room with a big window near the city center. Everything you need is within walking distance. The room has a fridge, stove, dishes for 1 person. There could also be 1 packet of tea and coffee for the morning. ☕️

Great place to stay. Walking distance to the city center around 15 minutes. This apartment complex is brand new and rooms are very fresh. The only lacking things: - shelves for shampoo in the shower - hooks for towel in bathroom I hope they will install this missing parts shortly

A nice holiday stay. 12 minutes from the center of Tartu. Room was perfect. Unfortunately not everyone gets that quiet hours means to be quite. There was a slight problem with number 3 on the code of front entrance. But everything else was good!
